Because cup holders in your RV may not fit all your drinking needs, Dr. Warren Ruhnau, a 65-year-old dentist, created Beverage BRATs (Boats, RVs, Autos and Trucks), an innovative, new accessory for all RVers who like to have their favorite drink within arm's reach while driving. The new device slips into your current holder and adjusts to fit all sorts of container shapes, including sport bottles and mugs.

The Beverage BRAT comes with a terry cloth sleeve to prevent beverages from sweating as well as insulating hot and cold drinks. The cloth can also be used to help steady smaller containers. In addition, an adapter ring cap may be used to hold smaller cups, glasses and Styrofoam cups in place. It's called a BRAT because it'll spoil you, Ruhnau said, and because of its ability to be used in several types of vehicles.
