A Quiet Valley Setting

We all need somewhere quiet to escape too—a secluded place, away from the pressures of work and home, removed from the sounds of city life. A place that is tucked away and where we can enjoy true peace and quiet amid green trees, a blue lake, and warm sunshine.

If this place sounds familiar, then chances are you have visited Lake Pleasant RV Park, in Bothell Washington. The name of the park says it all. Lake Pleasant RV Park is nestled in a quiet valley surrounded by dark green trees and bordered by its eponymous lake. The RV lots are large and roomy, with hedges on either side to give your spot a very secluded feel. The park features complete 50 amp hookups, full restrooms everywhere, and is close to the I-5. But not too close! There are walking trails to take the dogs and also a free run area that is fenced for them as well. Lake Pleasant RV Park offers a wonderful relaxing retreat from the hustle-and-bustle of the life in absolute gorgeous scenery.

Mill Creek Village is just a few miles north of the park along the Bothell Everett highway. This area houses your kitschy shops and fine dining. So you can browse and window shop to your heart’s content, and then sit down to a nice, quiet dinner in a romantic spot.

If you venture a little further from the park, you will be able to experience the wonderful city of Seattle, Washington. The city is packed to the gills with things to see and do. A visit to Seattle would not be complete without a visit to the iconic Space Needle. Take the elevator ride to the top, and get a bird’s eye view of all Seattle (not recommended if you are cautious about heights!). Coffee lovers will want to stop by the original Starbucks in the Pike Place Market to see the humble beginnings of the huge coffee giant. While you are at it, The Seattle Art Museum and Seattle Aquarium are both worth your time as well, and will show you things you have probably never seen before. And Seattle is also chalk-full of delightful parks that have excellent walking trails and beautiful sights.

Is life getting too loud? Too many people and things vying for your attention? You need a quiet place to relax and unwind, and there is no better place for that than Lake Pleasant RV Park, in Bothell Washington.
